Postdoctoral Researcher-Cloud Microphysics

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is excited to offer an opportunity for a Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct research in cloud microphysics modeling and observations.  You will work on constraining cloud microphysical properties with observations and simulating their response to global climate change using a Global Cloud System Resolving Model.  Familiarity with cloud modeling or remote sensing/radar meteorology is desired.  The position will require working with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, programmers, and project managers to analyze data, apply new modeling capabilities, and validate atmospheric simulations.

This position is in the Atmospheric, Earth & Energy Division, Atmospheric Science Research and Applications Group.
